So bad and unprofessional staff! I am recommending to not buy anything from this shop! They are behaving so rude and aggressively with the customer!

Their clothes are okay but not unique. My first thoughts were “Pretty messy”. Also, I had to ask for assistance whenever I wanted to see a jacket. The jackets are high up on the wall. It's hard to find a jacket like that. I wish it was easier

If I could not highlight a star I would so on August 26, 2022 I walk in the store to meet up with my stepson as we are browsing items. Some of the clothes were nice but we decided not to purchase anything so we begin to exit. Their ragidy alarm system went off as we were leaving so the man asked to look on my purse. As soon as he is asking me to open my purse my fiancé comes up and sees what’s happening. I was very offended and embarrassed as I have never had this happen to me. I complied and let him see that there was nothing and in there and my fiancé made him apologize to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My son loves this store. Always find things he likes. It's a bit chaotic on the weekends and the kids at the register get frustrated. So many different answers on when a coupon or my military discount can be used or not.

Horrible Customer service. Was in store for about 30 minutes trying items on (dressing rooms are filthy, no mirrors in them, no where to hang clothes or purse) and not 1 person acknowledged me. Only customer in the store was me. 2 sales associates chillin at the register. Manager came in my area 3x still nothing. I refuse to support a business who can't even say hello. I walked out. Took my business elsewhere.

Great place to find hot clothes, but they can be stingy with returns. Make sure you try stuff on before you buy it. Also really look at jewelry hard before you buy it.
