Not only was this lady extremely accommodating and willing to work with an international client, she was welcoming, gave suggestions, advice, helped come up with solutions to timing and delivery obstacles as well as delivered a beautiful product in the end and included a letter I wrote and that they printed and delivered for me. I cannot express how happy my sweet girl was and how proud I was of what was delivered to her.
