Rum Guide to Cambodia

Cambodia, the Kingdom of Wonder in southeast Asia is defined by the Mekong River Delta surrounded by uplands and low mountains and includes the Tonle Sap (Great Lake). Sugarcane cultivation thrived in the fertile plains, but civil war halted production. A popular destination with visitors to Angkor Wat, the country’s first rum distillery was established in 2014. Cambodia uses local cane juice, molasses, organic honey, and Cambodian Kampot pepper in its regional rum.
