Always love shopping at Urban Outfitters. I got a lot of cute accessories here this time. Also lots of interesting beauty products. I like how they have a lot of Asian items now. Also got a disposable camera which I’m excited to try.

The staff was super helpful in honoring my discount even though the bar code was not working. Everyone is so friendly and the deals are great! Not to mention how adorable the clothes are. I feel like everytime I walk in they have new stuff! I love this store!

Awesome service, clean store, friendly employees, organized. I bought 3 pieces of clothing today here. A cute mesh long sleeve green top reminds me of the 90s , also a 90 inspired maxi dress green with orchids on it and a on sale tulle dress. I got 25 dollars off. I saw lots of fairy, feminine, mesh, lace and ballet stuff, right up my alley. Lots of inspiration today.

Please beware of making a return at this location. We had an item show up after the date it was needed ( even though we were promised it would be on time ordering instore) we returned the item and the cashier gives me what I thought was a gift card with a post it note stuck to it with the total of the return. I am confused at this point but she claimed the receipt was damaged and her and the manager didn't know how to reprint. Now that was my first mistake, allowing that. Welp the gift card doesn't work and I have spent 2 weeks battling them to get my money back bc this company isn't keen on giving you cash back. So be warned and don't let them scam you too and put you through a run around

I've been walking past this really cute little bag they've had in the window for weeks. I finally decided today I'm buying it... well, now I'm sitting in front of the store, writing this review, watching employees pick-n-choose who they acknowledge. This isn't the first time I've been totally ignored here. I walked the entire store for almost 10 minutes & not a word from anyone. That bums me out because it made me lose my desire for the cute little bag in the window. Guess I really didn't need it, and apparently Urban Outfitters didn't really need my "middle-aged" money. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My daughter loves to shop here I've picked up a few things for myself at great prices everything has fit well and I liked everything I've purchased
