Great place to visit. Small distillery own by a family. Only 6 people work there, and they are lovely. If you speak English, give them a phone call first to see when their English speaker is present, otherwise the visit will be all in French. The process is very different than the big distillery next door Damoiseau, and they also make punch with local fruits, in small batches, I am not a fan ofcpure Rhum, but their punch are incredible.

Such a hidden gem! The tour was only 6 of us which was so nice. The rum was very unique, exactly what we would expect from a family artisanal distillery. When we got back to the shop after the tour, we were able to taste additional bottles.Side note, animals on the property were adorable. They did not offer the tour in English but we used the transcribe feature on the google translate app and it worked well enough. Just hold it up and it transcribes the entire tour. We probably could not have done that on a larger tour.I would still recommend this place even if you only speak English.

We learned a lot, and very much enjoyed the tour and tasting. This a small, family run distillery, so the process is very hands-on. Our tour guide did a wonderful job juggling both French and English so that we could understand everything he said. Absolutely worth a stop!
