MacNair’s Exploration Rum

We enjoyed a lovely tour at GlenAllachie Distillery. It was low key and a wonderful change from some of the larger distillery tours. Sue was our guide, and she was a delight, truly. Sue enjoys guiding and sharing her love of not only the distillery process but the end product: Delicious Scotch. And the scotch she shared at GlenAllachie was SO Good! Different and yummy. You need to check out GlenAllachie for a very special experience!

All of the whiskies I tasted were absolutely outstanding! Not a single one that didn't deliver on flavour! The staff were very friendly and we had some great conversations with them, I was recommended a whisky that has dethroned my favourite whisky of all time, the 17 year old ex-solera sherry cask! 100% would visit again in a heartbeat!

Great Independent Distillery just up from Aberlour. A beautiful walk too. Nice tasting room with even nicer staff. Their Sherry cask series is excellent.

Fantastic tasting room with friendly bartenders. Keli is amazing behind the bar, serving up wonderful whisky. Bonus: If you're from Nashville, they're very friendly to US Southerners. I felt INCREDIBLY welcomed.

We had a great and informative tasting. Keli really knew what she was talking about and let us have a look in the distillery, even though it was not included in our tasting, which was amazing. Especially loved the new philosophy of minimizing and recycling waste in the whiskey making process. Afterwards we finished our tasting drams in the café and had a really lovely chat with Davie, who tipt us about driving to the Old Military Road.Overall a great experience!
