As a walk in and new customer to Quest. I signed in and scanned my information. After which, a person comes out and says there are 240 appointments and no walk-ins will be accepted. I said, then, “I should leave is what you are telling me” and she said, “Yes and make an appointment for another day.” Not great customer service there. Why offer and advertise walk-ins, if you will not take them. I CAN’T even give one star at this point, but my review would not be accepted if I did not press one.
