I walked into this branch looking for capital one and the ladies in the front were friendly and were apologetic that Jacksonville didn’t have a capital one. I was having a rough day as I was traveling and they just made it so much better and they even offered me treats! Google needs to do better on updating their info because Jacksonville doesn’t have a capital one!

Love FCB, always a pleasure working with these awesome girls Audrey and Hazel....they truly make banking fun. Even telephone support Josh...always makes me laugh as they help me out with any issue at all!
