Rum Lover’s Vacation Guide

Take your rum adventures to the next level. Rum festivals are a great way to taste the rum and speak with producers from far-flung places. Take Rhum Fest Paris for example, it’s the best place in Europe to try rum from the French Overseas territories under one roof.

So, we’ve compiled an updated list of festivals from around the globe but added something to extra.

Besides the festival links, there’s a link to country maps showing local rum producers. This means, for the first time you can easily see where to visit as a trip add-on or simply read up on what local rums might be there to try.

Rum often shares a stage with gin or whisky at festivals, so we’ve included these on our list. Take Whisky Live Paris, it is a huge event, but about 30% are rum brand stands, so it’s worth going for the rum alone, and cocktails street.

Into the mix are some pretty cool bucket list carnivals, these are must-visit experiences where rum plays a central role.
