The good:
-Fantastic location, not too far from nearby villages, walks, restaurants etc. A great base for exploring Perthshire
-Clean cooking station and bathroom are located right next to the yurt only about 6 steps from the door
-Hottub was so relaxing to sit in with lovely scenery across the fields, even at night it felt safe to sit out
-Lovely retreat to unwind and relax and breathe in the country airThe bad:
-It was quite windy when we visited and the sound of the wind hitting off the wooden structure of the yurt kept us awake most of the night which was quite annoying
-Even though this stay was dog friendly the dog wasn’t allowed on the furniture, I think this is unfair as we had already paid the £20 cleaning fee to have the dog with us, maybe could be changed to no muddy dogs on furniture? Just something to bear in mind if you’re brining a pet you’ll need to bring a crate/bed with you. Also I recommend bringing a long line to tie them to so they can’t get near the fire as it’s not cornered off :)Overall, I would stay again just with earplugs! 3/5
